Making a Claim
Is it time to make an insurance claim? There are a couple of different ways that you can get your claim process started. If you need to make a claim during business hours, you have two options. Your first option is to call your agent here at Ozburn Insurance Agency. Our agents will help assist you personally and help get your claim made. Or, you can directly call your insurance company. However, if you need to make a claim after business hours, we recommend that you call your insurance company directly. Many insurance companies have claim centers that are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
