Julie Ozburn Schaldemose
Principal Agent / Owner
Julie began her insurance career in 2003 and became the second generation to lead Ozburn Insurance Agency when she took over the family business from her father, Bert Ozburn, in 2009. With more than 20 years of experience, she is passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, helping them find the right coverage, and making insurance feel simple and personal. Outside of work, you can often find Julie cheering on the local Red Devils or Salukis, or at the park enjoying a game herself!
Diane Williams
Production Assistant
Diane joined Ozburn in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of customer service experience to our team. As a Production Assistant, she is dedicated to helping clients and supporting their insurance needs. Her attention to detail, organization, and commitment to follow-through help ensure that nothing slips through the cracks. In her free time, Diane always seems to have a new recipe to try, earning her the title of our unofficial office chef!

Marla joined Ozburn Insurance Agency in 2015, bringing more than 40 years of sales and customer service experience to our team. She is knowledgeable in a wide range of personal insurance needs, with a specialty in commercial insurance. From bars and restaurants to municipalities, festivals, and local businesses, Marla enjoys building relationships and helping clients find the right coverage for their unique needs. Outside of work, you can often find Marla out supporting one of our local establishments!
Robin Mifflin
Personal Lines & Life Agent
Robin joined Ozburn Insurance Agency in 2023 and brings almost 10 years of insurance and customer service experience to our team. She specializes in personal lines, particularly home and auto insurance, and recently expanded her licensing to include life and health insurance. Robin takes pride in providing friendly, dependable service and helping clients find the right coverage. Outside the office, Robin enjoys gardening and keeps our team well supplied with fresh eggs and produce!
Olivia Klein
Licensed Agent / Administration Manager
Olivia joined Ozburn in 2020 and serves as our Office Manager and resident “jack of all trades.” She keeps the behind-the-scenes operations of the agency running smoothly while always being ready to help wherever needed. Recently, Olivia expanded her role by becoming a licensed insurance professional, allowing her to bring her knowledge and versatility directly to helping our clients. When she’s not running the office, Olivia enjoys running in her free time and recently completed her first half marathon!

Lillie is the newest member of the Ozburn team and has helped expand our presence into the St. Louis region through our satellite office. With a background in business, she brings ambition, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to help our clients. She is currently focused on personal lines insurance while continuing to grow her experience, with plans to expand into commercial insurance as she builds her career. Outside the office, you can often find Lillie on the court, enjoying a game of volleyball or pickleball!
